Antjuan and Amanda are both natives of the Birmingham, Alabama area. Antjuan graduated from Ramsay High School in Birmingham and Amanda graduated from Thompson High School in Alabaster. They both went on to attend the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa where they 

Antjuan and Amanda are both natives of the Birmingham, Alabama area. Antjuan graduated from Ramsay High School in Birmingham and Amanda graduated from Thompson High School in Alabaster. They both went on to attend the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa where they first crossed paths. Amanda became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority in the spring of 2006 and Antjuan became a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity in the fall of 2007. Although they had no idea what the future held, they often crossed paths as members of their respective greek organizations and became well acquainted with one another.  

In the summer of 2013, after they had both graduated from the University, they crossed paths again on a Friday evening in Birmingham. Antjuan, who was living in Memphis at the time, was home for the weekend celebrating his birthday and Amanda was out celebrating with friends. For some reason unknown to them, the two were very excited to see each other as they had not seen one another since college. After a brief conversation that evening and exchanging of information the following day, the two began to communicate often and eventually formed a long distance relationship. Less than 6 months later, Antjuan relocated to Birmingham and the rest is history!

Amanda and Antjuan both currently have careers in the pharmaceutical sales industry. During their free time they enjoy traveling, attending University of Alabama athletic events and spending time with friends and family. They attend Church of the Highlands Riverchase campus.

FIRST CROSSED PATHS. AMANDA BECAME A MEMBER OF DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY IN THE SPRING OF 2006 AND ANTJUAN BECAME A MEMBER OF OMEGA PSI PHI FRATERNITY IN THE FALL OF 2007. ALTHOUGH THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT THE FUTURE HELD, THEY OFTEN CROSSED PATHS AS MEMBERS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE GREEK ORGANIZATIONS AND BECAME WELL ACQUAINTED WITH ONE ANOTHER.  

IN THE SUMMER OF 2013, AFTER THEY HAD BOTH GRADUATED FROM THE UNIVERSITY, THEY CROSSED PATHS AGAIN ON A FRIDAY EVENING IN BIRMINGHAM. ANTJUAN, WHO WAS LIVING IN MEMPHIS AT THE TIME, WAS HOME FOR THE WEEKEND CELEBRATING HIS BIRTHDAY AND AMANDA WAS OUT CELEBRATING WITH FRIENDS. FOR SOME REASON UNKNOWN TO THEM, THE TWO WERE VERY EXCITED TO SEE EACH OTHER AS THEY HAD NOT SEEN ONE ANOTHER SINCE COLLEGE. AFTER A BRIEF CONVERSATION THAT EVENING AND EXCHANGING OF INFORMATION THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE TWO BEGAN TO COMMUNICATE OFTEN AND EVENTUALLY FORMED A LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIP. LESS THAN 6 MONTHS LATER, ANTJUAN RELOCATED TO BIRMINGHAM AND THE REST IS HISTORY!


AMANDA AND ANTJUAN BOTH CURRENTLY HAVE CAREERS IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL SALES INDUSTRY. DURING THEIR FREE TIME THEY ENJOY TRAVELING, ATTENDING UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA ATHLETIC EVENTS AND SPENDING TIME WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY ATTEND CHURCH OF THE HIGHLANDS RIVERCHASE CAMPUS.
